2 oz Cascade (60 min)

1t Irish Moss (15 min)

Used unfiltered water. Heated grains to ~190 for 20 min. Strained and sparged with boiled water. Mixed together the malt and water and heated. Added the hops when boiling. Cooled in icebath (about 1 hr), transfered to pail with cold water and pitched yeast at 76F. Goopy kraeusen like the Golden. Racked after 4.5 days... good color. Racked twice. Good flavor on bottling.
